Now that Jordan is off internship and back in class we try to go out to lunch once a week. He's been very busy and we don't get to see him that much so this a time when Jayla and I can spend a little time with him. At lunch our sandwiches came with toothpicks in them. Jayla thought they were fun to play with and kept pretending they were birthday candles and singing happy birthday to herself. A nice older lady came up when she was leaving and handed Jayla a dollar and said happy birthday. I tried to tell her that it wasn't Jayla's birthday she just liked to sing but she wouldn't take the dollar back. It was a little embarrassing but funny at the same time.
We are so proud of our little con-artist!
